Vegetarian and vegan options here feel thoughtfully crafted, ensuring that no preference is an afterthought but rather an invitation to explore the variety and depth of Thai cuisine. The combination of rich, slow-cooked curries alongside light, crisp rolls or fresh summer rolls makes for a dynamic and satisfying experience that can be both nourishing and indulgent.
More than a restaurant, Anya Thai Cuisine feels like a small discovery—a place where the rhythms of Southeast Asia meet the quiet pulse of a local community, offering a genuine and grounded encounter with Thai flavors that’s as comfortable as it is vibrant.

This is an amazing Thai dining experience! I am Vegan, and their Vegan options were excellent. I had the Thai basil fried rice, spring rolls and this incredible dish called Ginger Fest! If you're looking for a great dinner night out with amazing Thai food and friendly service, this is your place...I'm definitely making this one of my regular dining experiences. Welcome to Hampton Roads and see you again soon Definitely 5 Stars!

Every dish was DELICIOUS! Started with Tom Yum Soup which was large bowl of savory lemongrass, cilantro, mushrooms 3 large shrimp and scallions. Best ever had! Main courses were Pad Ka Pow with Thai hot which was very good but offer Super Thai Hot which will be next! It was taste bud sensory amazing. Also had Green Curry…. Needs to be spicier… but then we had the condiment tray of hot chilies in fish sauce! Amazing. We will return especially since I live walking distance! Dangerous… lol!

Such a beautiful place. I love the elegance. The food, you can tell, is made from scratch. Delicious! We had the pineapple fried rice, mango juice, Thai iced tea, steamed dumplings, wings, hot tea and large chicken salad. It was very clean and affordable. I left full and feeling energized from clean, great food.

My cousin has been mentioning how amazing the food is at Anaya. Yesterday we decided to go meet her for lunch at Anya, and we were not disappointed. We were greeted with a warm welcome. We were seated and greeted at our table by a gentleman who I believe maybe one of the owner. He was very kind and recommended several items that were all delicious. The food here was flavorful. For starters we got the money bag, spring rolls, and crab Rangoon. All the starters were delicious! For our meal my husband got the chicken basil fried rice which was so good. I got the curry fried rice with shrimp. It was amazing. Then we got the Rama dish to split. The peanut sauce was amazing. Each dish has amazing flavor. I enjoyed our dining experience.

Absolutely wonderful. It was clean, quaint, and the food… wow! Me and my girlfriend got the Chicken Massaman Curry (Thai Hot), and our friend got the Green Curry Fried Rice (Medium). Our server, William, was outstanding, and he allowed me and my girlfriend to share a dinner portion at lunch! We got Mango Sticky Rice for dessert.

This restaurant has delicious food. The larb salad was an explosion of flavors, so good! The pad Thai was perfect, not overdone with sweet sauce and the dumpling curry was amazing. The sauce itself was a treat! The servers were attentive and helpful, suggesting dishes based on our interests- and were spot on. A winner! I would recommend this restaurant to anyone interested in Thai food.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Best Thai food I've had in a long time, and I eat a lot of Thai food. Reasonable prices and friendly atmosphere. I had the Anya chicken (sweet but very delicious), red curry (very flavorful), and house salad (cheap considering its size and homemade peanut sauce was delicious) All 3 dishes were significantly above average in my opinion.
